I was shocked that many of the reviews I read about this game complained about the visuals. I have to say that Syberia 3 is a pretty decent-looking game. The setting is great and I think the character models all have a lot of personality to them.

The facial animations are a bit stiff, but apart from that, I am pretty cool with the way the game looks. The underwater section in particular looks fantastic. Another thing that I feel they got right with this game is the sound design. The voice acting is decent enough, especially from Kate.

A few of the Youkol people are hamming it up a bit, but for the most part, the voice acting is of a high standard. This game feels like it should have been released about 15 years earlier! That is saying something because the previous game was not even that old.

Instead of feeling like a classic game, it just feels old in its game design. Kate is awkward to move around, it is like you have tank controls! It can be very, very hard to know what you have to do.
