I need help to re-install my Office Professional Plus onto my new laptop as I have dropped my old one and then had to migrate my old programs to my new laptop. I have tried installing Office Professional Plus onto my new laptop but when the program asked for my Product Key, it says that it is not the correct one.

I have previously activated the same product key successfully onto my old laptop without any issues but now, I am not able to do so. Any advise on this? Else is there an official site which I can re-download this version of Office that let’s me use my Product Key for activation?

Browse to the location below and check if you have a different edition of Office installed on the computer apart from the one which you have purchased. If found, you may use the Fix it tool from the following article which will remove all the installed components of Office from the computer.

Note: In case you are using a bit based Windows, save the fixit tool and then run. Ensure you have the disc and the product to re-install. Once the uninstallation is completed you may use the installation source file and the product key to reinstall Office on the computer. My Office Professional Plus was obtained during an earlier promotion if I’m not wrong and does not comes with any physical CD or package. As the above URLs no longer works, and I am unable to find any links to re-download the Office version I need, I am unable to get it working again,. I do not wish to upgrade to a newer version of Office as I am very happy using the Office Professional Plus version.
